State elections are coming up in just two weeks! Here's what you need to know.

The fall 2019 elections are almost here and we're just as busy as ever. Late last month we released our voter guide and held a Picnic at the Polls with progressive candidates and delicious food. This Friday we're teaming up with the city for a Movies in the Park screening of Wall-E ([link removed]) . We're canvassing for our DSA-endorsed candidate Marguerite Green ([link removed]) , co-sponsoring a job fair ([link removed]) geared towards formerly incarcerated people, and hosting a General Meeting, which are the largest gatherings of New Orleans DSA.

John, we're coming up on the critical days before the election on Oct 12th and we need all hands on deck to get Margee Green into the runoff. If you can canvass, table, put up a yard sign or just spread the word, everything helps. Sign up here to volunteer. ([link removed])

We're fighting for our values one step at a time, so join us! There are so many ways to get involved, and we know it's going to take all of us to win.
