Something terrible is happening in Lubbock, Texas, and if it succeeds, other cities could follow their lead. Lubbock is voting on May 1 to declare itself a “Sanctuary City for the Unborn.” Not only would this ban abortion outright, it also allows someone to sue anyone who helps a patient secure an abortion.
