How will you #LightupwithKindness in April? Learn how you can join us
by committing to a world where all people with autism can reach their
full potential. In this edition of E-Speaks, we're sharing a
story of kindness to inspire you and all of our kindness resources so
you can get ready to celebrate World Autism Month along with us!
In my own words: Meet Mariah Kay S.
Diagnosed a few years ago, 24-year-old Mariah says her autism helps
her tune into emotions, and she loves to make new friends and meet new
people. She has met challenges in her life being misunderstood and having anxiety around social rules by extending kindness and acceptance to others. Today, she enjoys a circle of friends who accept her for who she is kind, resilient, and unique and spreads the message of inclusion to bring that feeling of acceptance to others: [link removed]
