[link removed] against women is not a partisan issue, John xxxxxx. At least I don't think it should be.
When the House first voted on the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) in 1993, all 172 Republicans of the 103rd Congress voted in favor of the legislation.
Fast forward to 2021, and the House voted to renew the Violence Against Women Act, but 172 Republicans voted against it. Will you add your name to pledge to defeat the Republicans who turned their back on women?

172 Republicans voted against legislation to protect the safety of survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
That is unacceptable.
John xxxxxx it is absolutely essential that we unseat all 172 of them. Every single person deserves a member of Congress who will work to protect their and everyone else's rights -- especially those who have survived the trauma of abuse.
Can you sign our petition to commit to unseating all 172 Republicans who voted against the VAWA?

Far too often, survivors' stories go unheard, especially those who represent historically underserved populations. Enough is enough. John xxxxxx, will you sign our petition and join our fight?
