96 Fellow Conservative,

COVID-19 cases in California have been plummeting,
and parents are eager to get their kids back into the classroom.
School officials like Los Angeles Unified School District Superintendent
Austin Beutner have been working hard for a safe return, too. He
recently secured 25,000 vaccine doses to cover every teacher and staff
member in the district who work with children in sixth grade and below.
Yet, Gavin Newsom and his teachers union allies are doing everything
in their power to stop kids from returning to classrooms — including
accusing parents of racism!

UTLA president Cecily Myart-Cruz called
the tentative plan to partially reopen California schools “a recipe for
propagating structural racism.”

Myart-Cruz is pushing a narrative of
racism, but in reality, the majority of parents want their kids back in
school. Parents are even organizing in South Los Angeles to protest
their kids’ schools being shut down, and push to reopen them.

hersunion_030821&utm_agency=alpha Children have a right to an education
in America, but our “leaders” like Gavin Newsom and the teachers unions
are denying it. Our kids, their families, and entire communities are
suffering due to the school shutdowns, which no longer make any sense.
That’s why I’m running for governor of California.

I will fight
the teachers unions head on and do what is right for our children — ALL
of our children. Getting kids back into school isn’t racist, it’s
common sense. Our families deserve better than the political games
being played by the unions and Gavin Newsom.

If you believe our
children deserve better, chip in what you can right now to help me
fight for them.

We have to start making our kids a priority again. We need to put them
first, and stop allowing politics to excuse the unions and their
refusal to get back into the classroom.

Thanks for standing with me
and our kids,
Kevin Faulconer
