When Virginia Democrats won control of the House of Delegates, the Virginia Senate, and the governor’s office for the first time in over 20 years, it was a Commonwealth-wide effort. Democrats won their majority in large part thanks to people like Delegate Rodney Willett from Henrico, who won by just 1,293 votes in 2019!

Now, given Virginia’s history of boosting the party that lost the White House the previous year, Republicans are sure to be planning a big comeback this November -- and it’s safe to say their plans include winning back districts like Rodney’s. Will you rush a donation today to help us stop them?

Rodney has been crucial to advancing our shared progressive agenda in Richmond. He helped pass legislative priorities like the Virginia Clean Economy Act , seven separate bills establishing stronger gun safety regulations , and more than $94 million in increased funding for early childhood education .

We need to keep Rodney’s seat blue to defend the progress we’ve made and keep the Commonwealth moving forward -- but the 73rd is going to be one of the most competitive districts this fall, and it could determine control of the House of Delegates.
