Defending my constituents' rights is something I will ALWAYS do in Congress.

I know firsthand how important our rights and our freedoms are. I served as a law enforcement officer for more than two decades, and I was the victim of a violent crime while on duty. It was only due to the grace of God that I survived.

And I'll tell you from firsthand experience, it wasn't the gun that caused the attack that day. It was the criminal. The liberals don't want to admit this, but a criminal who's willing to take someone's life doesn't care about abiding by a new law.

Their intrusive new gun grabs are going to affect YOU, the law-abiding citizens of this country, WITHOUT solving the actual problem of gun violence.
