** How's lockdown going? Answering the unanswerable
------------------------------------------------------------
This week, the government mapped out how things will slowly be returning to ‘normal’. There’s excitement about getting out to see friends and family again but, amongst the buzz, there’s also nervousness about the journey back to normality.
A poll on our socials showed just how mixed emotions are - with 64% of you saying you were feeling anxious and only 36% relaxed. Whether you’re pumped for June, uneasy about socialising again or just feel a bit ‘meh’ about the whole thing, CALM have got your back. Here’s a lowdown on some of the things you might be feeling about lockdown and some tips if you’re struggling.

** What does it mean to be a man today?
------------------------------------------------------------
In a new poll younger men told us they don’t connect with blokey stereotypes such as being ‘always strong’. As part of The MANdate, with UM London and Joe Media, we looked at how we can break through these stereotypes.
And our collab film with Joe and One Eighty (which you can watch below) questions masculine stereotypes and the expectations, pressures and challenges of what it means to be a man.

This week Slowthai celebrated his first number one album with TYRON, a record that deals with “the ups and downs of being a human”.
We chatted to him about his mental health struggles, how a heart to heart with Jame Blake helped him open up and how he dealt with suicidal thoughts.
