** Fellow Young Democrat, join the IYD Black Caucus

We are so excited to officially announce the launch of theIndiana Young Democrats Black Caucus. ([link removed])

The goal of the Black Caucus is to amplify Black democratic voices in Indiana, expand on our political power, and advocate for issues that are vital to us, our family, friends, and neighbors. From city halls, county commissioners, councilors, trustees, mayors, and state legislators β€” black people are essential to the growth and progress of the Indiana Democratic Party and within the Indiana General Assembly.

We have seen the seismic, revolutionary change that comes from the activism of Black women. Our Black History Month t-shirt ([link removed]) , made by Black-owned #317GetAGrip ([link removed]) in Indianapolis, will honor and touch on the powerful women in our state β€” past, and present.
