Is live chat coaching an effective quit smoking method? ([link removed])
Coaching delivered face-to-face or by telephone has long been known as an effective method to help people stop smoking. However, according to Dr. Michael Burke at the Mayo Clinic, tobacco users are less likely to use these channels as time goes on. To find out if live chat coaching is just as effective, the EX Program conducted a study focusing on whether coaches created a supportive, understanding relationship and delivered evidence-based quit strategies.
