I have been asked a lot lately what we can do to grow the libertarian movement in 2021 when the threat to liberty has heightened.

There’s a LOT to be worried about with the new administration. They are doing everything they can to scare and bully people away from libertarianism. In fact, former CIA Director John Brennan included libertarians as people the government needs to act against.

While this seems scary, I have hope for the future. Let me introduce you to the Advocates for Self-Government.

They have been helping libertarian organizations recruit new members with the World’s Smallest Political Quiz. Since their founding in 1985, a total of 23,242,153 Quizzes have been completed, many of them distributed by student organizations who rely on the Quiz as a recruitment tool.

Mike Sertic, the President of the Advocates for Self-Government, told me he has a goal to get 1 MILLION new quiz completions. Roughly a third of quizzes turn out to be libertarian.

Hundreds of thousands of people have discovered liberty through their quizzes and programs. Let’s help create a new generation of libertarians who believe in the ideas of limited government, civil liberties, and economic freedom.
