Senator Elizabeth Warren, and her House colleagues Ilhan Omar, Mondaire
Jones, and Alma Adams to push President Joe Biden to cancel $50,000 in
debt for federal student loan borrowers.
The student debt crisis is an issue of both racial and economic justice,
and as communities — particularly Black communities and communities of
color — continue to deal with the devastating impacts of the COVID-19
crisis, people facing crushing student loan debt need bold, high-impact,
and broad-based debt cancellation to prevent an even deeper economic
crisis.
Ayanna isn’t letting up in the fight for student debt cancellation — she
needs our support to continue pushing for this much-needed relief.
