Shocked? Maybe you shouldn't be. After all, Republicans have been undermining democracy for years using tactics like gerrymandering and voter suppression. Now they've gotten more overt -- 57% of the House Republican Caucus voted to overturn the results of the 2020 election -- but it's all part of the same strategy to retain political power at all costs. And their time-tested tactics are making a return:

➞ After losing elections in 2020, Republicans at the state level are looking to pass even more onerous voter suppression bills that will particularly harm communities of color.

➞ And they're openly discussing their plans to gerrymander again in 2021 and 2022.

If we want to protect and restore our democracy, then we need to stop them, team. The NDRC is working in 15 states and at the federal level to do just that. Will you pitch in to help across the country?
