This month has been a roller coaster, but I’ve continued to pour my energy
into legislating and organizing for justice and equity. This month alone,
my team and I have:
* Been fighting for $2,000 survival checks and equitable vaccine
distribution in response to the pandemic;
* Led the call for a comprehensive investigation into the violent
insurrection at the Capitol;
* Sent a letter to President Biden, in partnership with Rep. Cori Bush
and dozens of colleagues, calling on him to commute all federal death
sentences; and
* Re-introduced legislation to end the federal death penalty once and
for all.
This is the kind of work that you’re supporting when you contribute to our
movement and our campaign. We reject all corporate PAC donations, so
whether you can afford to chip in $5 or $50, any amount you give truly
makes a difference.
