In another show of support for the trans community, Biden has selected Harvard-educated Dr. Rachel Levine as Assistant Secretary of Health [[link removed]] , once again angering anti-trans bigots [[link removed]] . Once confirmed, Dr. Levine will be the first out trans appointee confirmed by the U.S. Senate [[link removed]] .
