Friend,
After months of ballot recounts and court hearings, we’re finally nearing the
end of this marathon race to take back NY-22.
But we can’t afford to celebrate just yet.
Our lead over Brindisi still stands at 29 votes –– but dozens of undecided
affidavit ballots are still up in the air, and that means our lead is anything
but safe right now.
Final arguments will be made in the courtroom this Friday and a final decision
on a winner will follow shortly after.
We’re working against the clock –– and against Pelosi’s lawyers –– to defend
the integrity of this election at every turn and to deliver the conservative
leadership that our district deserves.
It’s going to take all of us working together to win, and that’s why I’m
counting on your support today. Will you help us cross the finish line
victorious by chipping in just $22 to our election defense fund?
