Friend,
After months of ballot recounts and court hearings, we’re finally nearing the end of this marathon race to take back NY-22.
But we can’t afford to celebrate just yet.
Our lead over Brindisi still stands at 29 votes –– but dozens of undecided affidavit ballots are still up in the air, and that means our lead is anything but safe right now.
Final arguments will be made in the courtroom this Friday and a final decision on a winner will follow shortly after.
We’re working against the clock –– and against Pelosi’s lawyers –– to defend the integrity of this election at every turn and to deliver the conservative leadership that our district deserves.
Friend, we need as many conservative voices in Washington as possible over the coming months and years to curb the Left’s radical agenda.
This is the final Congressional race that has yet to be decided –– and conservatives from every corner of the country are counting on us to deliver this crucial victory.
Every single action and every single dollar makes a difference in the outcome of this race.
Will you step up today to help change the future of our district –– and the future of our country? Thank you, Claudia Tenney
