As an Assistant Cook you will be expected to work within a small team to assist the Cook Supervisor with general supervision and preparation of primary school meals. Your duties will include meal preparation, book keeping, maintaining a good standard of hygiene and ensuring that Health and Safety measures are adhered to.
Once trained to the correct levelyou will also be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Cook Supervisor.
