Yesterday, Elise Stefanik was sworn into the new session of Congress—and she’s still up to her old tricks. Less than 24 hours after taking an oath to support and defend the Constitution, she announced that she’s refusing to do her constitutional duty to certify Joe Biden’s presidential victory.
