On Sunday, Elise Stefanik was sworn into the new session of Congress—and she’s still up to her old tricks. Less than 24 hours after taking an oath to support and defend the Constitution, she announced that she’s refusing to do her constitutional duty to certify Joe Biden’s presidential victory.

We can’t let Donald Trump and Elise Stefanik get away with this blatant attempt to steal the election.

While we fell short of defeating Stefanik in November, I want to keep fighting to make sure that Democrats have the resources to defeat Republicans like Elise Stefanik in 2022.
