We're glad that there has been some progress from private companies to address the gun violence epidemic. But we know that this only scratches the surface.

Maggie knows that too, which is why we launched a multi-step gun safety policy earlier this month.

The changes that will truly make New Mexicans safer are ones the Senate can pass. Right now, Mitch McConnell has THREE bills sitting on his desk to address mass shootings in our country, but he refuses to move them forward.

Maggie will be the loudest voice in the Senate on gun safety. We need her leadership and bold plans. Now, let's help her get there.
