Dear John,

Hi, I'm Serisha, Amnesty International's Youth Fellow in Canada. I've never
written to you before, but I'm excited to get the chance to connect
with you today.

While young people around the world disproportionately face violence and
persecution, we're also the changemakers - leading the charge against
repression, systemic racism, and climate injustice, and working together
with our allies for a better world.

My goal, as an Amnesty Fellow, is to create more programming for young people
and to find ways to engage them more deeply in Amnesty's work.

John, I'm excited to advocate for radical change
alongside you, as we work to centre young people in our shared mission and
advance our diverse perspectives, ideas and concerns. At the same time,
all of my work at Amnesty also depends on funding from
generous supporters like you. I can't do it without your support.

So if you believe in justice, in humanity, and in the power of youth to
push for change - will you donate what you can right now?

Your support helps fund important projects like The Youth Portal - a project I
was able to implement to help youth activists from across Canada connect, share,
mobilize and organize with one another.
