Paraquat is so toxic that it has already been banned in countries throughout the
world -- including the European Union, China and Brazil. But Trump’s EPA is
prioritizing pesticide industry profits over public health and the planet.

We need your help to stop paraquat from continued use in the United States. The

exposure to paraquat more than doubles the risk of developing Parkinson’s

The use of paraquat continues to rise in agriculture. In fact, it has increased
in use by 84 percent in the past decade. Farmworkers are exposed continually to
this toxic pesticide -- increasing their risk of serious health consequences.

The EPA itself found that there were severe risks to famers and farmworkers who
are exposed to high levels of paraquat on the job -- but the agency continues to
approve its use. We need your help, John, to block the use of paraquat
immediately.
