Judicial Watch has won significant battles here in Washington against
political corruption and for the rule of law which is why I ask you to

In 2016 President Trump called for “draining the swamp” in
Washington, DC…something we’ve been doing for 26 years, and we
stood with him…

On illegal immigration, we supported the President’s efforts to
respect federal immigration laws and protect Americans against
imported drugs, crime and terrorism and relieve us of the enormous
taxpayer-funded costs associated with providing public services for
millions of illegal aliens…but there is so much more to do.

Like you, I am especially fearful and angry when corrupt state
politicians and arrogant liberal mayors, boards of supervisors and/or
sheriffs maintain unlawful and deadly illegal alien sanctuary
policies…

…or when Deep State operatives deep within our permanent federal
government agencies unlawfully targeted President Trump and his
administration officials who challenged corruption and unlawful
government secrecy… and when corrupt politicians like Joe Biden,
Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and former FBI and DOJ top officials
think they can get away with criminal activity.

You are already helping us pursue justice on these critical
battlefronts. And it continues to be no easy task.

That’s why I’m especially proud that Judicial Watch is having more
impact fighting corruption and government secrecy now than in any
other period since opening our doors in 1994. And 2020 has already
proved to be even more pivotal:

* We filed no fewer than 7 lawsuits against U.S. government agencies
to get to the truth about the corrupt Hunter Biden-Burisma Holdings
company relationship and then-Vice President Joe Biden’s use of
American aid dollars to put an end to the investigation of Burisma
Holdings in Ukraine…and we’re now putting the same level of focus
on the Hunter/Joe Biden shenanigans in China!

* Court-ordered releases of emails, other documents and sworn
testimony to Judicial Watch continue to shed light on Hillary
Clinton’s corrupt State Department. We literally altered the course
of history in 2016 with our first massive investigation into her email
and pay-to-play scandals, and we continue to force releases of
documents the American people have a right to see!

* Having filed more than 65 separate lawsuits against government
agencies and departments we continue to “turn over every rock”
uncovering the Deep State conspiracy to torpedo the Trump presidency
that reached from the highest levels of the former Obama
administration to deep within our “permanent government” and
liberal mainstream media. The truth about this attempted coup must be
exposed (because election results have no impact on our commitment to
holding corrupt public officials accountable).

* Our history-making work protecting the honesty of our elections is
now helping disrupt the Left’s plans. To help prevent voter fraud,
we continue to successfully sue states who fail to clean their voter
rolls of dead, moved and other ineligible voters. In 2019 we reached
an historic legal settlement with California and Los Angeles County to
remove up to 1.59 million registered names from the county’s voter
rolls, and we are now suing Colorado, North Carolina and Pennsylvania
over their failure to clean their voter rolls.

* Our immigration law enforcement work continues to lead the
nation’s wars against illegal immigration as we fight in the courts
to overturn sanctuary policies. This is essential work, since hundreds
of liberal jurisdictions ignored Trump administration efforts to shut
down sanctuary policies. Judicial Watch is scheduled to go to trial in
April of 2021 in a challenge of San Francisco’s infamous and deadly
sanctuary policy. We also filed a lawsuit against a similar sanctuary
policy in Santa Clara County, California. The outcome of these
lawsuits will have a potentially historic impact on the illegal
immigration debate.

Overall, no one is working harder than your Judicial Watch to drain
the swamp in Washington, fight illegal immigration and illegal
sanctuary policies, and hold powerful politicians accountable to the
American people under the law.
