We literally altered the course of history in 2016 with our first massive investigation into her email and pay-to-play scandals, and we continue to force releases of documents the American people have a right to see!

To help prevent voter fraud, we continue to successfully sue states who fail to clean their voter rolls of dead, moved and other ineligible voters. In 2019 we reached an historic legal settlement with California and Los Angeles County to remove up to 1.59 million registered names from the county’s voter rolls, and we are now suing Colorado, North Carolina and Pennsylvania over their failure to clean their voter rolls. 

• Our immigration law enforcement work continues to lead the nation’s wars against illegal immigration as we fight in the courts to overturn sanctuary policies. This is essential work, since hundreds of liberal jurisdictions ignored Trump administration efforts to shut down sanctuary policies. Judicial Watch is scheduled to go to trial in April of 2021 in a challenge of San Francisco’s infamous and deadly sanctuary policy. We also filed a lawsuit against a similar sanctuary policy in Santa Clara County, California. The outcome of these lawsuits will have a potentially historic impact on the illegal immigration debate.
