You’re about to see a remarkable piece of film. In late November, a collection of Jimi Hendrix material was released drawn from his historic performances with the Jimi Hendrix Experience in Maui. This performance of “Voodoo Child (Slight Return) ([link removed]) ” captured on July 30, 1970 on the island of Maui in front of a couple hundred people is like nothing I’ve ever seen before when it comes to Hendrix. Watch it full screen and enjoy.
