A Conversation with Animal Outlook President Erica Meier

Today’s generation consumes far less milk than any other generation in history. Consumers across the world are choosing a plant-based diet because of the horrors of the meat, dairy and egg industries -- and they know about these horrors thanks to groups like Animal Outlook that go undercover to reveal the truth.

Tune in to this uplifting Great.com ([link removed][UNIQID]) podcast featuring Animal Outlook President Erica Meier to learn how we do what we do and why it's so vitally important: listen now ([link removed][UNIQID]) .

Tell Starbucks We're Hungry for Vegan Options

Last month, we celebrated the exciting news that Starbucks is testing a fully vegan breakfast sandwich in a single location just outside of Seattle. This was announced in addition to the two types of vegan cream cheeses being tested in partnership with Miyoko’s Creamery. Receiving less attention but just as equally drool-worthy are the Plant Powered Potato Bake Bites and Chickpea Bites that are also currently being tested at this location. The bites are speculated to be made with the same plant-based egg that comes on the breakfast sandwich.

If these new items become available at Starbucks locations nationwide, it will make vegan eating easier than ever before. Join us in encouraging Starbucks to maintain its plant-based momentum by rolling out these delicious new items nationwide with a quick post to your own Facebook page.

Share This Video; Spread the Truth

The life cycle of a dairy cow isn't what the industry wants you to think it is.

Instead of living in rolling pastures only brought in to be milked, dairy cows are raised on factory farms in squalid, unsanitary conditions, and milked until they are too "spent" to be profitable, at which point they'll likely be shipped off to slaughter.

Watch and share this video on Facebook ([link removed][UNIQID]) to spread the truth of how animals are treated for dairy.
