In 2018 over 663,000 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA-RELATED CRIMES, and according to a report by the ACLU, BLACK AMERICANS ARE 3.6 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO BE ARRESTED than white Americans despite similar consumption rates.
THAT’S WHY OUR REVOLUTION HAS WORKED HARD TO OVERTURN MARIJUANA PROHIBITION ON THE STATE LEVEL, AND WHY WE ARE JOINING FORCES WITH NORML TO HELP PASS A BILL IN THE HOUSE ON FRIDAY TO DECRIMINALIZE MARIJUANA NATIONALLY!
