Join The Center and RiseOut for “Pride &amp; Justice: A Talk on LGBTQ Rights and Criminal Justice Reform,” a conversation about the barriers to justice and economic opportunity for people of color and LGBTQ people within an inherently flawed criminal justice system. This event is presented by The Center’s advocacy initiative, RiseOut, in partnership with Twitter and supported by our co-sponsors Brooklyn NAACP, Girls for Gender Equity, The Fortune Society, The Legal Aid Society, SOULE, VOCAL New York and MOBI NYC.

The evening will begin with a social hour, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Shijuade Kadree (she/her), The Center’s Chief Advocacy Officer, and featuring experts on LGBTQ advocacy and criminal justice reform. The speakers include:
