Last Chance for Animals (LCA) is proud to introduce Mischa, ([link removed]) winner of the 2020 Best In Shelter competition. Mischa represents the Senior Dog Sanctuar ([link removed]) y ([link removed]) in Maryland, a rescue group committed to rescuing senior dogs. The Senior Dog Sanctuary will receive $35,000, but the best news is that Mischa found a new home!! Watch the heartwarming video of Mischa going to his new home here. ([link removed])

The Senior Dog Sanctuary isn't the only winner in this competition. Donut, representing the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter placed second and won a $20,000 prize, and Mozart from the Small Miracles Cat and Dog Rescue placed third, winning a $10,000 prize.

Best in Shelter ([link removed]) is a nonprofit organization created to encourage pet adoption from local shelters and rescue organizations. The competition celebrates shelter animals and all those who rescue them.
