** Worried about the new restrictions? We got you.
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
Whether you’ve just gone into a second lockdown, have just come out of one, or are currently dealing with an overwhelming number of tiers, we can all agree it’s tough for everyone right now.
We know you’re probably bored of countless lockdown guides asking you to make the most of this time with promises to learn a language, or start playing an instrument, so we’re here to keep it real with our advice to help you get through the new restrictions. And they all begin with C to make them easy to remember...

** United Against Suicide
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
Across October, over 2000 people walked against suicide across the UK to smash the silence around loss and deal with grief differently and defiantly.
They faced the wind, the rain, and plummeting temperatures, and raised more than £275,000. That’s the equivalent of almost 5 seats on the CALM helpline for an entire year.
Last year CALM’s professional helpline staff had more than 200,000 conversations, directly preventing 588 suicides, and right now our life-saving services are needed more than ever.

** You me (and CALM) at Six
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
Ahead of the release of their brilliant new album, SUCKAPUNCH, we caught up with Josh Franceschi, singer-songwriter of You Me At Six, about how the album revolves around embracing vulnerability and smashing toxic masculinity. Chatting about music and mental wellbeing, Josh opened up about the importance of connection and organisations like CALM. "When someone is feeling misunderstood, they can feel like music understands and accepts them."

Watch Brothers
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
We’re thrilled to share BROTHERS, a powerful new film about mental illness within families. It’s inspired by the real life experiences of one of its stars, Michael, and his relationship with his older brother and his mental health issues.
We know talking to family about our mental distress can be really difficult. But it also has loads of potential benefits. So we’ve created some advice on how to chat to your family if you’re struggling, and how to reach out to a family member if you’re worried about them.
