Dear Comrades,

Many of our neighbors will be facing a particularly rough winter this year.
Please help show your solidarity with them by donating to our Bread and
Roses food drive! Email us at [email protected] to find out
more about a drop off location near you or to arrange for one of our
members to come pick up groceries from you.

We are looking for the following:

- applesauce and fruit cups
- canned chili, beans, fruit, meat, soup, and vegetables (especially
with easy-open pull tabs)
- cracker packs
- dairy and plant-based milks
- granola bars
- instant coffee
- jerky
- just-add-water meals
- peanut butter and other seed butters
- tortillas
- pre-packaged nuts and dried fruits

*We will also be looking for volunteers for this event, so if you're
interested, please let us know!*

Our proposed date and location (pending final approval from the city of
Pittsfield) is at 1 - 3 PM on Saturday, December 12th at the Pittsfield
Common. Volunteers and attendees will be required to wear masks and
socially distance. We will be organizing donations several days before in
Great Barrington.

In solidarity,

Abigail
