No matter what the election results may end up being with regards to candidates, propositions and measures, we wanted to send just a few friendly reminders:
1. You got this. We got this.
2. Take good care of yourself.
3. Check on your loved ones.
4. If you pray keep praying.
5. If you are fighting keep fighting.
6. Give energy where you need to give energy.
7. Rest, let the earth hold you.
8. If you feel overwhelmed, go and let silence find you.
9. If you are feeling stable and resourced, dedicate some of that energy to others who feel depleted.
10. Whatever it is you need to do to settle in your Self, do something.
