Dear Friend,
No matter what the election results may end up being with regards to candidates, propositions and measures, we wanted to send just a few friendly reminders:
- You got this. We got this.
- Take good care of yourself.
- Check on your loved ones.
- If you pray keep praying.
- If you are fighting keep fighting.
- Give energy where you need to give energy.
- Rest, let the earth hold you.
- If you feel overwhelmed, go and let silence find you.
- If you are feeling stable and resourced, dedicate some of that energy to others who feel depleted.
- Whatever it is you need to do to settle in your Self, do something.
Your health and safety matter.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of support.
