FinCEN proposes changes to BSA recordkeeping, travel rule regs [ [link removed] ]
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today published a proposed rule to amend the Bank Secrecy Act's (BSA) recordkeeping and travel rule regulations. The amendments to the recordkeeping rule are proposed in coordination with the Federal Reserve Board.

Following three consecutive months of &quot;strong&quot; rises, new-home sales fell slightly in September – declining 3.5 percent to 959,000 units. Compared to a year ago, sales were up 32.1 percent.
