The Financial
Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today published a proposed rule to amend the
Bank Secrecy Act's (BSA) recordkeeping and travel rule regulations. The amendments
to the recordkeeping rule are proposed in coordination with the Federal Reserve Board.
