The evidentiary hearing on the motion for preliminary injunction in Miller v. Becerra (AssaultWeaponLawsuit.com <[link removed]>) has completed.



The Court indicated that it would order simultaneous supplemental briefs to be filed on November 5, 2020 (two weeks).?

The Court further indicated that it would order a hearing under FRCP Rule 65(a)(2) to be set on or about January 21, 2021, with a conference prior to that hearing on or about December 16, 2020.
