The CGF Legal Team recently passed this statement on regarding the Miller v. Becerra hearing.

**CGF Law Update** Miller v. Becerra: Oct. 23, 2020

The evidentiary hearing on the motion for preliminary injunction in Miller v. Becerra (AssaultWeaponLawsuit.com) has completed.

The Court indicated that it would order simultaneous supplemental briefs to be filed on November 5, 2020 (two weeks).

The Court further indicated that it would order a hearing under FRCP Rule 65(a)(2) to be set on or about January 21, 2021, with a conference prior to that hearing on or about December 16, 2020.
