This week’s blog is from our project manager, Amy Lukes. Prior to joining the Treatment Advocacy Center, Amy worked for 17 years as a licensed independent clinical social worker in community mental health settings. Over the years, she’s seen first-hand how Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) can change someone’s life. As a member of the AOT Implementation Team at the Treatment Advocacy Center, Amy is dedicated to achieving access to AOT for every person who needs it. Because for Amy, her work is personal.
