Dear Friend,

This week, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in the Texas v. Azar case -- in which a three-judge panel will determine the fate of the Affordable Care Act in a suit brought by 18 state attorneys general with support from the Trump Administration.

If they succeed, 20 million Americans could lose their health insurance -- including 26,000 in Minnesota's Third District -- and millions more would lose protections for pre-existing conditions.

Republican attempts to repeal the ACA played a major role in inspiring Dean to run for Congress in the first place, and now they're at it again. Sign our petition today and let Dean know that this is important to you -- and then encourage your friends and family to do the same.

If you thought the backlash to Republican attempts to repeal the Affordable Care Act in last year's election would prevent them trying to do so again, we wouldn't blame you. But they'll stop at nothing to repeal this law -- no matter how many people are harmed.

That's why we need to speak together with one voice today and say: Protect and expand the ACA; don't repeal it. Sign our petition today and stand with the millions of Americans whose lives hang in the balance.

As Dean always says, we should make the moral decision to ensure every American has affordable, high quality care when they need it. Repealing the ACA would represent a huge step in the wrong direction. It's time to sound the alarm bells -- before it's too late.

Sincerely,

The Dean Team
