At Children's National Hospital we’re often asked about the right time to start introducing solids. We recommended starting between 4-6 months old if your baby is developmentally ready. However, age alone cannot be the only indicator of whether or not your baby is ready. Here are some otherthings to consider before starting to feed solid foods ([link removed]) .
