Join us in activities and discussions this week as we celebrate World Mental Health Day. There are activities online this year and they are *free to attend* - all you need is a link to join.

If you are a Time to Change Champion, or interested in becoming a Time to Change Champion, please join us on Tuesday 6 October between 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm. This is an informal meeting where champions can learn from each other and share ideas for breaking down stigma and discrimination around mental health in the city.
