If Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell force through another Supreme Court justice, it will be a devastating blow to voting rights.

With five conservative justices, the Supreme Court has gutted the Voting Rights Act and refused to put guardrails on partisan gerrymandering. Imagine what a sixth conservative justice would mean for the future of voting access and fair elections.

Clearly, we can't wait for the Supreme Court to save democracy for us. Instead, we have to go state by state to defeat the Republican agenda of voter suppression and gerrymandering at the ballot box. Can you chip in today to help us beat the GOP in elections that will impact our democracy for the next decade?

If Republicans win state legislatures this fall, we'll see a repeat of the past decade. The GOP will gerrymander maps in their favor and pass voter suppression laws so they can maintain power and block our progress. The only difference is that they will be even more emboldened because the courts are on their side.

Right now, the GOP is trying to rush this Supreme Court nomination because they know we have the power to defeat them in elections up and down the ballot this fall. Republicans are afraid of losing in states like Texas, where we've made historic investments to flip the state House. If Democrats win control of state legislatures, we can thwart their plan to manipulate maps for another ten years.

If we act now, we can win these critical races and ensure free and fair elections -- will you join our fight today?
