From NPR: “Democrats are raising alarms about the future of the [Affordable Care Act] without Ginsburg. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi... said that part of the strategy by President Trump and Senate Republicans to quickly fill Ginsburg's seat is to help undermine the ACA.”

The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide the fate of the Affordable Care Act exactly one week after the election. Earlier this year, the Trump administration urged the court to repeal the ACA, stating that “the entire ACA act must fall.”

If Trump succeeds, at least 20 million Americans would lose their health care coverage overnight -- in the middle of a global pandemic.

It’s now more clear than ever that health care will be on the ballot in November. We need to show out in overwhelming numbers to make sure that we not only elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House, but that we also protect the Democratic House majority and take back the Senate to roll back the GOP’s attacks on our health care. Can we count on your support to protect the ACA?
