The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide the fate of the Affordable Care Act exactly one week after the election. Earlier this year, the Trump administration urged the court to repeal the ACA, stating that “the entire ACA act must fall.”
If Trump succeeds, at least 20 million Americans would lose their health care coverage overnight -- in the middle of a global pandemic.
