People with diabetes face a higher risk of dying from COVID-19. Let's change that.

Right now, people with diabetes face a higher risk of dying from COVID-19-2x higher for people with type 2, and up to 3.5x for those with type 1. This is unacceptable.

To end this pandemic that's killing members of our community, we must invest in research that will unravel the question of why--and then find ways to end the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on people with diabetes

That's where you come in. In case you missed it, we've already awarded $1,000,000 in grants for research projects dedicated to investigating the link between COVID-19 and diabetes-but we must do more. And we can't do it without your help. Will you help us fund the next critical research project?
