The agreement signed at the end of the conference was the result of hard work over four previous presidential administrations.

President Trump's decision to pull out of the Paris Agreement was a disastrous step backward, and totally at odds with our closest allies and millions of Americans. Now, Chris is looking for a way forward and he's willing to work with anyone to make that happen. He introduced the bipartisan Climate Action Rebate Act to reduce carbon emissions while also generating economic growth.
