The Dignity and Power Now team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to sculptor, Alison Saar, and the L.A. Louver Gallery for donating $12,500 to our grassroots organization. Alison Saar created the charity art print, Rise, to benefit local Los Angeles community organizations that include Dignity and Power Now, Crenshaw Dairy Mart, and Summaeverythang.

Dignity and Power Now is partnering with Black Futures Lab to create the #BlackAgenda2020.

Most recently, advocacy organizations across California have launched a campaign against Proposition 25. Leaders believe that this ballot measure replaces California's bail system with a far worse system of pretrial racism and mass incarceration for Black, Brown, and low income people in the community.

Summaeverythang Community Center ([link removed]) and Crenshaw Dairy Mart ([link removed]) . The print sold out in less than a day, raising $25,000 to support local Los Angeles community organizations.
