Hi John,
Congratulations to the Class of 2020 and thank you Emerge New Mexico network for all of your support!
Because of you, these leaders are ready to run for office and represent our communities. This yearโ€™s class showed an incredible amount of grit, heart, resilience and passion, as they successfully completed their signature candidate training program with Emerge New Mexico during a global pandemic virtually. In every way, the Class of 2020 demonstrated who they are as leaders.
As our nation grapples with a public health crisis, economic instability and a social uprising for racial justice, we need them in elected office now more than ever. We could not be prouder of what they have achieved these past few months. We wanted to share the love with our network and show you highlights from our graduation celebrations! Watch the slideshow! We heard from the Keynote Class Speaker: Councilor Lan Sena
"My fellow Emergistas, we will not wait for a seat at the table. We will break that table down to use for kindling, because we are the fire, and rays of sunlight that will break Don. So go light the way! Congratulations Emergistas, class of 2020."
