With enthusiasm for Joe Biden growing, Republican operatives are starting to get worried and reportedly already working on their backup plan:

If they lose the election, they will try to block a Biden administration every chance they get in the courts.

Split a contribution to our campaign and the Democratic Attorneys General Association

Democratic AGs have sued President Trump over 100 times, but in each of our lawsuits, it's been to protect your rights -- not take them away. That's not what we can expect from our Republican counterparts under a Biden presidency.

Just look at what happened during the Obama administration: Republican AGs tried, again and again, to rip our healthcare away and destroy the Affordable Care Act. They blocked groundbreaking climate efforts. They stopped executive orders that protected our immigrant communities.

These may be familiar scenarios if Democrats retake the White House, but if we fail to hold and expand the Attorney General map. That's why I'm asking you today:
